Guarantee Policy

Retrotec Inc. Chargers:
Ray's Tackle Shop has a 90 day risk free trial period. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you can return it to Ray's Tackle Shop and receive a full refund of the retail price. Before returning any product you must first contact Ray's Tackle Shop by phone or email and get a shipping order number. All returns not given a shipping order number will not be accepted by Ray's Tackle Shop or any of the manufacturers. All returns must be in new condition.

All Unused products returned after the the risk free trial will be Pro-rated and charged a 15 percent re-stocking fee.

Ray's Tackle Shop and the manufacturers reserve the right to determine if a returned product is damaged or not. Our determination is finale. Ray's Tackle Shop policies do not supersede any warranty; guarantee and/or policy of any manufacturers.

DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT BY COD. Because we cannot determine if the product has been dammaged by anyone WE WILL REFUSE TO ACCEPT ALL COD PAKAGES. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping Policy

All credit card orders will be shipped within 72 hours Monday/Friday [Except on Holidays] after an order confirmation has been received.

Orders paid for with a check or money order will be shipped within 5 business days after our bank has confirmed the check or money order has been cleared and they have recieved the funds.
 
All orders outside of Canada and the United States must be paid for with a check or money order only.

All shipping charges listed are for the United States all other destinations will be advised of the shipping charges when requested.
 

Privacy Policy

Ray's Tackle Shop will never give or sell any information about our customers to a third party. Ray's Tackle shop will however once in a great while send email to our customers notifing them of new products, upcoming sales or any other information which may be of benefit to them.

 

RETROTECH Inc.

The Original Stay'N Charge system has a 2 year warranty from the date of receipt.

The All Charge Smart Box has a 3 year manufacturer's replacement warranty. If for any reason the All Charge Smart Box fails contact the manufacturer and they will relace it.

Before returning a product for any reason you must first contact Ray's Tackle Shop or Retrotec Inc. by email or phone and get a return order number. Retrotech will determine if the product will be returned to Ray's Tackle Shop or to Retrotech Inc.

Retrotech Inc. warranties all their products to be free of factory defects. Retrotech reserves the right to determine if a product will be repaired or replaced. All liability and responsiblity is governed by the policies of RETROTECH Inc. and not their representatives, dealers, retailers or any other type of store, retail outlet, shop or catalog service and is not limited to the afore mentioned.
